Our excursion is guided by bus and begins in Calafate, where after picking them up at the hotel we will travel 80 km, during which we will make some panoramic stops. During the journey we will contemplate the immensity of the steppe, Lake Argentino, birdlife and once we cross the Miter River, almost reaching the access portal to Los Glaciares National Park, we will enter the transition forest and then the forest. Andean Patagonian. We will advance along Lago Rico where we will begin to see icebergs floating. Until you see for the first time the imposing Perito Moreno Glacier, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. When we reach the end of the route, we will have time to walk through the more than 5.5 km of walkways, specially designed at different levels to see the glacier from different perspectives. It is the time to let ourselves be dazzled by the immensity of its walls, its vibrant blue tones and the noises caused by the blocks of ice when they fall into the water.

Once the tour is over, from the meeting point determined by the guide, we will return to El Calafate.

NOTES:

Frequency and Schedules:
– Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. From 2:45 p.m. (passing through Puerto Bandera) to 8:30 p.m.
– Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. From 2:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
The excursion can be included when flights are arriving at El Calafate airport before 11:30 a.m.
Any delay in the arrival of flights will not be a reason for waiting and the excursion will not be refunded. Keep in mind that the corresponding transfer must be quoted anyway.
