From the opposite shore, the second trek (approximately 4.5 km) begins, traversing forest, glacial valley, and moraines until reaching Laguna Fr\u00edas Superior (Upper Lake Fr\u00edas).<\/p>\n<p>The trek culminates in a natural amphitheater formed by the Grande, Cubo, and Dickson glaciers, remnants of the ancient Fr\u00edas Glacier.
