Aimed at guides and future rafting guides.
During the training we will include the following topics: basic concepts of the activity, raft preparation and safety equipment (for guides and clients), tips for leading a rafting excursion, safety talk, handling technique with paddles and oars, commands , signals, current crossing, angles of ferries, entry and exit of eddies, common situations and accidents on mountain rivers, hyside, flip, raft maintenance and repair.
Participants should be prepared to get wet and swim in rapids. For this they must have the following equipment: neoprene or dry suit, neoprene boots with soles (or lace-up shoes), neoprene, fleece or synthetic socks, thermal or micro fleece shirt, 2 carabiners and 4.5 meters of tubular tape . Comarka Expediciones will provide the participants with: life jacket, helmets, rafting equipment.
If you have personal equipment, you can bring it. If you do not have a wetsuit, ask for your rental.

The course space is limited, we recommend reserving vacancies in advance. Attendance must be complete to receive the certificate of participation in the course.
